The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Slæ̈rn Vidijo-pïkéheīo's construction back out of the project. Veahn pushed on reguardles, and Slæ̈rn Vidijo-pïkéheīo was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Slæ̈rn Vidijo-pïkéheīo was built using the conventions of Gnoll durring the late 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Slæ̈rn Vidijo-pïkéheīo is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Slæ̈rn Vidijo-pïkéheīo is buildings are arranged arround a network of broad canals streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city is defended by arcane means. It's hard to spot at first, but there's a tell tell shimmer in the air arround Slæ̈rn Vidijo-pïkéheīo, and you can spot the ocasional warding glyph carved into a rock or tree all arround town. These mystical defences are ancient, unknowable, and unassailable by current means... Assuming everything is in working order. Otherwise, the wards are little more than a deathtrap. Slæ̈rn Vidijo-pïkéheīo's Relic of the World That Was has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

Slæ̈rn Vidijo-pïkéheīo has the unmistakable air of a city on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Slæ̈rn Vidijo-pïkéheīo lost 236 people, 379 livestock, and 42 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 183, when members of Slæ̈rn Vidijo-pïkéheīo's militia enacted an operation to transport a specific resource to a particular settlment unharmed. The operation was complicated by a trusted officer who turned traitor and defects. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in defeat for Slæ̈rn Vidijo-pïkéheīo's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Slæ̈rn Vidijo-pïkéheīo's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
